1What you are agreeing to

By using this site you accept what is written here. If a part of it does not suit you, do not use the service — that is a fair outcome for both of us.

You must be 21 or older, and you must be somewhere that allows you to play. Checking your own local law is your job, not ours. We cannot know where you are sitting.

2What we do, and what we do not

This is the most important section on the page, so it comes early.

When you are playing, you are on their software under their rules. If a game freezes, a round is voided or a platform changes its terms, that is theirs. We will help you chase it and we will not pretend it is nothing to do with us — but we cannot overrule them.

3Your account with us

One account per person. The email on it is how we recognise you, so keep it reachable — a cashout goes to the person who can answer that address.

What happens on your account is your responsibility. Do not share your login. If you think somebody else has it, tell us at once and we will lock it while we sort it out.

Accounts we open for you on a game platform belong to you, and we will hand over the login. Do not resell them.

4Money

Deposits. Send the amount to the tag shown on the wallet page, then upload the receipt. A person checks it and credits you — usually within minutes, occasionally longer if we are busy or your bank is slow.

Cashouts. File the request in your wallet. A person checks it and pays out, most within the hour and effectively all within 24. Payment goes back by the method you used, to an account in your name.

Every movement is checked by a human. That is the reason it is minutes rather than seconds, and also the reason mistakes get caught.

If we get it wrong, we fix it. Credited the wrong amount, missed a deposit, paid out short — tell us, show us what you have, and we will put it right. We would rather correct an error than argue about it.

What we will not do is refund money you have already lost playing. Once funds are on a game platform and staked, they are gone in the ordinary way, and no amount of asking changes that.

5Bonuses

Any bonus we offer comes with its terms stated at the time. Bonus funds are not the same as deposited funds and may carry play-through conditions before a cashout.

Bonuses are for real players. Opening several accounts to collect the same offer, or working with others to do it, ends with the bonus removed and usually the account closed.

6What we ask of you

• Be honest about who you are
• Use money that is yours and is legally yours to use
• One person, one account
• Be civil to whoever answers the chat — they are a person with a name
• Do not try to break, scrape or overload the site
• Do not use the service if gambling has become a problem for you

Break these and we may suspend or close the account. Where we do, any balance that is genuinely yours will still be paid out.

7Where our responsibility ends

We are answerable for our own part: your deposit reaching your game account, your cashout reaching you, and your information being handled as the privacy policy says.

We are not answerable for losses at the games, a platform going offline, a platform closing your account, or your own device or connection. To the extent the law allows, anything we owe you is limited to the money you have with us at the time.

Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be signed away.

8Other companies’ names

Fire Kirin, Juwa, Orion Stars, Panda Master, Milky Way and every other platform named on this site are the property of their owners. We use the names because they are the products you are asking us for. We are not claiming to be them, and we are not saying they endorse us.

9Closing an account

You may close yours whenever you like — say so on chat and we will pay out what is there and shut it down.

We may close an account for fraud, abuse of staff, or a serious breach of these terms. Your own money is still yours and will be returned.

10Changes

Terms change from time to time. Anything significant will be announced on the site, not slipped in.

11Talk to us first

If you have a complaint, bring it to chat before anywhere else. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that takes five minutes to clear up, and we would much rather fix it than have it sit somewhere as a grievance.
